The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, about 1.5km from the beach and with a shared pool. With a surface area of 45 m², it can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 59 m² garden.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and closet
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) and 1 single bed, closet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A swimming pool (unheated and shared), open from late June to mid-September (currently under construction and not accessible).
- A lovely south-facing, shady 59 m² garden. It is shared and not enclosed.
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (one private space).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: La Roche sur Yon (approx. 59 km)
- Nearest airport: Nantes (approx. 72 km)
Other notes :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- All children swimming are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
