About this property

One bedroom villa located on the Captain's Table Resort property just one mile from the entrance to Everglades National Park in the heart of Everglades City.
The villa has a full kitchen, living and dining room.
In the bedroom there is a king bed and TV for your comfort and privacy.
There is a smart TV in the main living area. Both TV's have cable and internet access.
The villa opens up to a fully screened deck with a bistro table for relaxing ,dining and a view of the surrounding property.
Private parking space is provided under the villa with room for a flats boat up to 20 ft and vehicle. If you have a larger boat there is a secured boat storage lot directly across the street.
Included in your stay is free access to the boat ramp located on the adjacent Everglades Marina property.
If you prefer to hire a fishing guide, I would be happy to recommend a local licensed guide for you to contact.
A heated community pool is on the property for your use with lounge chairs and umbrellas.
The Washer and dryer is conveniently located under the villa in a large storage area with plenty of room for fishing equipment or kayaks.
The best of both worlds ! Stay in a relaxing village setting with walking access to everything and leave to visit the big city, Ft Lauderdale and Miami an hour to the east and Marco and Naples 30 minutes to the west. Also access to the Keys for an overnight excursion.This villa is in the perfect location to go everywhere or do nothing at all..... It's up to you. You will have all of the amenities for a comfortable stay in the middle of a beautiful natural setting. You will be able to see birds, manatees, dolphins and alligators in their natural habitat..Staying at this location is an experience that should not be missed.
