Trip to Everglades

We booked a one bedroom with 3 queen sized beds, and a couch that pulled out. We arrived after 10 pm and could not find parking! The handicapped spots were no where near the room. The room was small, no bedroom, only 2 beds. This was a problem. We pointed it out to the guy but we had no avail. We tried to get a hold of Thomas he did not get back to me. We ended up with another small room and split up. Very disappointing.
