Your car up to max. 2. 00mr altitude you can park comfortably in the underground car park.

Deutsches Haus in newly built German house we rent our 45 m² large 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor. and the approximately 60 m² large 3-room apartment in. 1 OG. The house is built in seaside resort architecture and located in the heart of Binz. The stunning sandy beach is just a few steps. You can park your car in the underground car park up to a height of 2.00m. A lockable bicycle storage room is available in house. The Deutsche Haus is the ideal starting point for beach walks, bike rides and excursions over the entire island of Rügen. Free Wi-Fi, a parking space and bed linen are included in the price! We are looking forward to your visit!

Traumhaftes Binz auf Rügen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt Zentrums nah, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Strand ca 5 Minuten, die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, das Haus hat keinen Aufzug, wir hatten die Wohnung Nr. 15, zu dieser Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenplatz, der zwischen zwei Betonpfeilern ist, für einen Audi A4 ist dieser Parkplatz viel zu klein zum Einparken, wir parkten nur einmal dort und dann notgedrungen auf einem Ausweichplatz, das war der einzige negative Punkt an der Wohnung, im Bad fehlt noch ein Ablage für die Utensilien die Mann/Frau so braucht, das beste an der Wohnung ist die Wohnzimmercouch, für die gibt es einen extra Stern
