Villa Strandidyll Neubau Ferienwohnung 1.1 mit Balkon - Apartment 1.1 / 2 - Raum - Apartment mit

In one of the most beautiful locations in Binz, the new Villa Strandidyll was built in 1997 on the promenade lot of Villa Strandidyll, behind the main house. Via direct beach access No. 25, you can immediately reach the wide, kilometer-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach of the most beautiful Baltic Sea resort on the island of Rügen.

Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., or by telephone arrangement.

On the day of departure, you may use your apartment until 10:00 a.m.

Towels and bed linens are not included in the travel price; you may bring your own or book them in advance. 

A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building’s basement (for a fee).

In the Villa Strandidyll Neubau (on the property), a shared bike storage room is available for your use.

The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.



Apartment 1.1 / 2-room apartment with balcony:

Apartment 1.1, with its 52 square metres of space, accommodates up to 4 people and consists of a living/dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower.

The cosy living area features a functional couch that can easily be converted into a sleeping area for two people. A TV and a midi stereo system are provided. The living area opens onto a 4 m² balcony furnished with patio furniture.

The new kitchenette and dining area, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, invite you to enjoy cooking in a cosy setting. Also provided are a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, dishes, and glasses.
Enjoy breakfast at the dining table in the living area for a relaxed start to your day.

The bedroom features a 1.80 m wide double bed and a wardrobe. It also provides access to the balcony.

A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment’s amenities.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.

Die Wohnung ist fußläufig nicht mal eine Minute vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist sehr sauber, das Bett sehr angenehm und auch das Kissen war super gemütlich. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Check-in ging super schnell und die eine gute und nette Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war immer gegeben. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
