The equipment of our holiday apartment: The living room offers comfortable seating, a TV with cable and a small stereo.  The separate kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave and ceramic hob. The bedroom, including fitted wardrobe, has two comfortable single beds that will give you restful nights.  After a long day at the beach you can get rid of sand and salt in our shower room. Further equipment: A washing machine and a dryer (against coin insertion) are available for you to use in the cellar. Other information: Our prices are nightly rates per night including utilities such as parking and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent and must be brought by you. The usual on Sylt Kurabgabe is not included in the price. It will be charged separately. Rental conditions: The deposit is 25% on booking, the balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. For short-term booking, the total amount to be transferred. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the booking we charge 25% of the booking amount. 

Your vacation home in the heart of Westerland! The holiday apartment offers the perfect accommodation for a holiday in the heart of Westerland on Sylt. The apartment is located in the Elizabeth Street in a great central location. Particularly attractive is the proximity to the pedestrian area and the long beach with its promenade. Other leisure facilities such as the swimming pool "Sylter Welle" and culinary Sylter highlights are also nearby. The Nichtraucherdomozil is in. 1 Stock of the apartment house and is easily accessible by elevator. The pet-free two-bedroom apartment has a north-facing balcony.

Our prices are overnight prices per night including utilities such as parking and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels must be brought by you.
