Wirklich tolle Wohnung, super gelegen und liebevoll eingerichtet. Da unter der Wohnung die Anlieferung von dem Edeka ist, muss man bei geöffnetem Fenster mit etwas Lärm in den Morgenstunden rechnen. Ansonsten absolut TOP!!!!!

Angebot wie beschrieben, alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und Dekoriert. Könnten sogar 4 Personen nutzen. Alles da was man braucht. War sehr liebevoll und einladend hergerichtet. Sehr sauber. Abwicklung völlig unkompliziert. Toller Kontakt, schnelle freundliche Antworten, freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Also wir würden das Zimmer wieder buchen, da wir unkomplizierte Menschen sind. Für Personen die sich etwas an Lärm stören und länger schlafen wollen, ist das Zimmer nicht geeignet, da sich unter dem Balkon die Edeka Anlieferzone befindet und es dadurch Geräusche gibt. Aber das freundliche Edeka-Personal gibt sich sehr viel Mühe. Es haben sich warscheinlich schon viele Beschwert. Kühlschrank -Eisfachtüre und Flaschenabstellfach gehört repariert. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein kleiner Trittschemel wäre für kleinere Personen hilfreich. Die Teppichvorleger im Eingangsbereich sind störend, hinderlich und gefährlich beim Kochen, zudem unhygienisch.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und die kleine Wohnung ist für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend und gut eingerichtet. Ein paar Wermutstropfen gibt es aber. Wenn man alles gegeneinander abwägt ist die Wohnung Preis-Leistungs-Technisch aber absolut ok. Pluspunkte: das Boxspringbett, die Schlafcouch, die Lage, der Preis Minuspunkte: der Teppich im Wohnzimmer könnte mal gereinigt / ausgetauscht werden, das Bad könnte auch mal eine Überholung vertragen (Fugen, Vorleger, Duschvorhang). Insgesamt war die Wohnung aber sauber und gut gereinigt, daran gab es nichts zu mäkeln. Achtung: Für Langschläfer nicht geeignet, da vor dem Balkon die Ladezone für den Edeka ist. Ab ca. 7:30 kommen dort die LKWs. Hat uns aber weniger gestört, da wir in der Regel schon wach waren. Agentur Reiko war top, wie eigentlich immer! :-)
