Come delight in this newly remodeled condo which the owner has taken great care to create a beautiful beach refuge for you to relax and recharge. Ideally located in a 2-unit building just 1/2 block from the famous Windansea Beach in La Jolla, this classic gem of a beach home is a quick walk to the beach to swim, surf, sunbathe, and explore the tide pools.



You can also walk to the village of La Jolla in 10 minutes where you can enjoy world-class local restaurants and great shopping. Experience La Jolla like the locals do in a quiet residential street of quaint homes and beach cottages. This condo may also be rented with the upper condo for larger family groups.



Enter the gate and find yourself in a cozy tropically landscaped private front yard with a table for 6 and an outdoor barbeque, making it a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a leisurely lunch or dinner after a day at the beach or visiting nearby attractions.



Open the front door and find yourself in a great room surrounded by an upbeat beach décor with white, turquoise, grey and brown color scheme and seashore themed accents. The feeling of this home will lift your spirits and make you glad it is your temporary home away from home.



A beehive fireplace in the living room, accompanied by a large sectional sleeper couch, a large flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player, and a stereo with an iPod dock, makes it easy to relax, unwind and enjoy. A dining table for 6 provides a wonderful space catch up and enjoy meals with friends and family.



Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and pristine new white granite counter tops. There is also a breakfast bar that seats 2 in the kitchen so the chef can enjoy everyone without missing a beat.



The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, ample closet space, flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with all new fixtures.



The second bedroom offers a queen bed fitted with luxury linens and a flat screen TV. This is a perfect place to curl up and read a book or take a nap.



The detail that the owner has shown in their selection of new furnishings and fixtures is reflected in every room including the hall bathroom which has a large glass door shower as well as new fixtures that match the feel and décor of the home. Luxury linens are provided throughout.

This home has off-street street parking for one average sized vehicle, Wi-Fi and cable, and a washer and dryer. Street parking is also available.

No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.



Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.



This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice property next to the beach
We are just a couple blocked walk away from the beach. The beach access was the best part about it especially since we have a toddler . We need to spend more time packing and the easy beach access is a time saver. We watched sunset on the beach which was an amazing experience and we are a 4 min drive away from the La Jolla tide pools where our toddler had so much fun seeing helmet crabs.

Great location!
Simple property, that was clean and inviting, and met all our needs. Nice front patio area- a fire pit would be a great addition. Comfortable beds and linens were nice. Would have liked to have some info available on how to operate televisions. The location is great- quick walk to the beach and many eateries nearby. (Need to get rid of the ‘eco pods’ and just make sure there is regular soap available.)

We love this property. We have stayed many times. Clean and close to the beach. That being said, management is not great about maintaining property/ grounds or responding with issues. The refrigerator went out the 2nd night of our stay. We had a zPrime Rib and hundreds of dollars of groceries for our holiday meals. I called twice, 3 hours apart. Finally, 7 hours later, maintenance showed and we were given a loaner fridge that was placed in the living room. The guys that brought it were great. It meant we could not use stools at counter and decorative picture removed from wall and stored behind dining seats. Good thing our daughter lives close by and could take all the food. We were told we’d receive updates about fixing the issue. Nothing. Not even a text apologizing for inconvenience. If we had not previously stayed here. I would never go back. Sadly, the previous management company was local and top notch. They provided extras like pans/ utensils for holiday meals, had a weekly Gardner and excellent response to any issues that popped up. It’s sad to see the property compared to when we first started renting it. Dining furniture is well worn, many dishes are cracked, pots/ pans lacking. Needs an update. The location sells the listing but be prepared for lack of response when a problem arises.
