Walking distance to the beach and surf. This beautiful town-home offers 2 bedrooms and a den, 2.5 baths with a view of the ocean from the main living area. Located between the La Jolla Village and Bird Rock area of La Jolla. With easy access to many wonderful shops, restaurants, Scripps Aquarium and beaches. The home is located less than a block from the beach pictures shown.

Ocean view from the living area, full kitchen, dining area, a half bath and den on the top level. The balcony overs views of the ocean . The den offers a full size futon bed. The 2nd level offers a Primary bedroom with a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, bath with dual sinks and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed with a full bath across the hall. Laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer also on this level. The lower level has the entry door and garage access where parking for one car is available along with street parking on Bonair.

Perfection!

What a great place to stay when visiting the San Diego area. It is perfectly located and allows easy access to all of the tourist sights. We enjoyed nightly walks to the beach (1 block) to watch beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood felt very safe and is quiet. The house itself is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. We would stay again.

Wonderful La Jolla location

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving visit to La Jolla. The location is perfect, it's convenient to have a garage to park in, and the house is comfortable and well-stocked. There is also a beautiful ocean view from the top floor.

One block from the beach!

We had a great stay. Well stocked. Clean and comfortable. Great location being a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy to drive to the standard San Diego tourist attractions. It is 3 stories so caution if you have difficulty with stairs. Also worth mentioning …the den/3rd sleeping area is on main floor right next to the kitchen and living room so it did make it hard for our child sleeping in that space get some peace and quiet. Property manager was easy to reach and prompt to respond. Definitely a good value and would book again on future visits!

"Graduation Ceremony" Trip

Beautiful place; very well maintained; and in a nice and convenient location. The beach and restaurants are at walking distance and the neighborhood is actually surprisingly quiet. UCSD, we travelled to attend a graduation ceremony, is around 20 minutes away.

Amazing Beach House!

We LOVED our stay at Juli's home. It is clean, beds are so comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and beautiful, and you can see the ocean from the whole top floor. The walking distance made it easy to come home and put the baby down for nap. Juli was great to communicate with and we will be back to rent!
