Luxury apartment 3 km from the sea, near Leucate and La Franqui.
We welcome you to our residence, where we have tastefully furnished several comfortable apartments. It is entirely private and secure, with private, gated parking for your vehicle and a dedicated space for your sailing and mountain biking equipment. You have access to the Mediterranean garden with its swimming pool (5x9 meters) and an outdoor kitchen (for shared use) with a griddle for your evenings.
La Palme is a charming wine-growing village ideally located between the sea, lagoons, and garrigue scrubland. Less than ten minutes away, the unspoiled Coussoules beach offers an exceptional natural setting, with lagoons, salt marshes, and their pink flamingos along the way.
Surrounded by vineyards, the village is perfect for cycling and hiking, and offers magnificent views of the sea and the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park from its higher vantage point.
Authentic and vibrant, La Palme has all the necessary shops and services, as well as excellent restaurants, a local brewery, and a tourist office. A little paradise to discover. The African Reserve is just a 15-minute drive away, the Cité de Carcassonne is about an hour away, and the beaches of La Palme, Port la Nouvelle, and La Franqui are less than 10 minutes away. We are 40 minutes from the border, and the nearest airports are Perpignan, Montpellier, and Carcassonne.
