About this property

Large, charming gîte. Authentic Quercy house with swimming pool

La Quercynoise is a typical house of the region where you can find authentic elements of Quercy such as a Cantou, a bread oven, a Bolet, a Cistern... It is an imposing building dating from 1856 and built of regional stones.

Located below the land, totally independent, this 250 m² cottage is composed of:
- On the ground floor, a large living room of 70 m² with a lounge area and its wood stove, a large fitted and equipped kitchen.
- Upstairs, you will find 5 bedrooms of 25 m² with their independent access and each equipped with a shower room and a toilet. Three of them also have a duplex bedroom each allowing you to accommodate two other beds. The duplex rooms are each accessible by a spiral staircase.
All are personalised and have been carefully decorated to highlight the authentic elements of this house and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The rooms are equipped with a double bed of 140. The duplexes are equipped with two single beddings of 90. This house is ideal for 15-16 people maximum.

A furnished and equipped terrace will allow you to enjoy a place of rest and you will also appreciate the calm and the view from the balcony that runs along the bedrooms on the 1st floor.

A wooded plot is adjacent to the house and gives you direct access to the shared swimming pool, open from 10 am to 8 pm in July and August.

Propriétaire charmant et disponible, emplacement idéal au milieu du Quercy et gîte conforme au descriptif avec sa grande salle convivial... notre séjour a été particulièrement agréable dans ce village si typique. Nous étions 12 adultes. Pétanque, rando et bbq le soir...je recommande chaleureusement cette adresse.
