The apartment features a large, bright 28m² living room with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment also features a sleeping area with a brand-new 140cm bed, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and separate toilet.
All the comforts and facilities you need for a pleasant stay are on hand, so all you have to do is set down your suitcases and enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind!
Access to the accommodation is completely independent.You will have to pick up the keys from a tabac/bar.

Poitiers train station is l5 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car. The Futuroscope park is about 15 / 20 minutes away by car.
