C'est dommage de ne pas avoir précisé ce qui n'allait pas car tout s'est très bien passé lors de votre séjour il me semble. Nous vous avons accepté avec vos chiens alors que vous ne l'aviez pas précisé. Nous vous avons autorisé à partir dans l'après midi alors que l'appartement était pris derrière vous. Et surtout nous vous avons pas facturé le ménage !
