Great house in Frisco
Overall, we enjoyed the property. The house is quite large, with plenty of bedrooms. The back patio is very pretty and we enjoyed the hot tub. There is no A/C in the house so on the days that were hot, we were sometimes a bit hot even with windows open. There were no towels for the hot tub so we had to use bath towels and wash towels often. The house is situated on a corner and there is little privacy on the patio/hot tub. No views from the house of the mountains. However, the house is right next to a trailhead and bike path. Amazing hiking and biking in the area. Even saw a baby moose. Walking to distance to Main Street, which we loved. The town of Frisco is amazing. Close to so many things (Breckenridge, Silverthorn, Dillon). The biggest downside (for us) was the lack of TVs. There is only one in the living room and it was difficult to operate/watch.

Just be honest
Listing said fire-pit usage and when we got there the management company had a laminated note that fires are against ordinances. When I looked online the community says owner permits required. We had canceled another house so that we would be able to have fires. Very disappointing. If you don’t want to allow fires just remove it so it’s not misleading.
