Great few nights. Good size. Good kitchen. Clean and fresh. Perfect for a short walk to the G or the Tennis. We walked through the gardens at the top of the street and loved the neighbourhood. Pearl was a great host who met us to do the key handover and then left us to it. Awesome stay.

The accommodation and venue were wonderful.The property manager's response to an unanticipated problem was most impressive. We would very happily stay at this property in the future.

The bedroom fits a bed and your dreams (tight squeeze, but worth it), while the kitchen invites you to whip up instant noodles like a Michelin-starred chef. Bonus: the location is unbeatable—cafes, parks, and trams practically beg you to enjoy Melbourne living at its finest. It’s small, but mighty—like Melbourne’s version of a flat white. A perfect fit for those who travel light but live large! I would definitely come back

EXCELLECT APARTMENT AND LOCATION

Great place to stay with our small dog. Beautiful property with benefit of enclosed garden. Perfect location for us to visit family with a short walk to Fitzroy gardens as a bonus.

We stayed in this beautiful loft for our anniversary weekend and it was perfect! It was clean, cozy, welcoming and romantic. Everything was so close and the tram was pretty much out the front. Secure parking and a PIN code for the door eliminated any stress about loosing keys at the beach. Great communication, very informative, kind, helpful and marco was just a text message away if we had any questions. A weekend was not enough time to stay in this beautiful apartment. Thanks for having us, We would definitely stay here again
