Concernant l'entretien du logement : nos intervenants ménage sont équipés de gants et de masques. Nous utilisons des produits désinfectants bactéricides et virucides. Nous appliquons le protocole HYGIENE ET PROPRETE de AIRBNB. Du gel hydroalcoolique est à votre disposition. Le linge de lit et de toilette est désinfecté en blanchisserie industrielle.

La gare RER SERRIS VAL D'EUROPE est à 50 metres. Vous disposez d'une place de parking en sous sol sécurisé. Une seconde place peut est disponible sur demande préalable au moment de la réservation.

Je facture des frais de ménage réduits. L'appartement doit etre rendu propre et rangé. Il est interdit de faire des fetes et de recevoir des personnes qui ne figurent pas sur le contrat de location dans l'appartement. Dans le cas contraire, la caution sera retenue dans son intégralité.

It was a very nice place to stay for me my husband and young daughter. Clean and shops were very close. It had a lovely balcony and at night could see Disney land spotlights in the sky. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning which during the week we were there would have been good to have. Had many fans in the apartment but they didn’t keep the air cool. There was an unfortunate communication problem. We was advised to use an airbus from the airport to our place but when we arrived there wasn’t anyone there for us. So we used Uber instead and saved a lot of money. Bus was £110 but Uber was £25.00 that was from CDG
