About this property
Exceptional villa in South Corsica: sea view, swimming pool & authentic charm
Escape to this magnificent 200m² villa, a true haven of peace with a small sea view. Ideally located in the heart of a charming little village on Pianottoli Caldarello, just 15 minutes from Figari airport, our house promises you an unforgettable holiday.
Enjoy its vast spaces with 6 comfortable bedrooms, perfect for hosting families and friends. The villa has 2 full bathrooms.
Relax on the superb 50m² covered terrace, an ideal place for your alfresco meals while admiring the panorama. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or simply enjoy the Corsican sun.
Inside, the air conditioning ensures optimal comfort even on hot summer days. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with local products. Stay connected thanks to the Wifi via fibre optics.
Come and discover the authenticity of Corsica and live a unique experience in our villa designed for your well-being.
Disadvantage: Being close to the airport and depending on the wind we have the air corridor above. But it is a small airport and the sound is barely audible from inside.
