As part of the scenic Terracehouse complex, you’ll enjoy access to an on-site hot tub. This central location is also on the Village Shuttle route and within walking distance of shops, eateries, and entertainment.

Indulge your inner chef in the sleek full kitchen, configured with ample counter space, helpful gadgets, and top-quality stainless steel appliances. Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar for two, then sit down to a home-cooked meal at the dining table for six.

This condo sleeps up to seven guests between two bedrooms and the full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The plush primary suite is appointed with a cloud-like king bed, a 55” smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom sports a twin-over-full bunk bed and a 32” smart TV, while the guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.

Please note that this unit is located on the third floor (with no neighbors above!) however, please be aware that elevators are not available and guests must access this unit via three flights of stairs.

The Elk Camp Gondola, Sky Cab, and Village Express are all just 50 yards from your door. Adjacent to the lifts, you’ll find Treehouse Kids’ Adventure Center, which offers the best lessons in town. Après-ski is a breeze with the shops at nearby Snowmass Mall and ice skating at the gorgeous new Base Village. The complimentary Village Shuttle stops just across the street and can even get you to Aspen.

Paid parking is across street in public parking lots 1 & 3. Paid parking is for 1 vehicle to be registered with Snowmass Parking Department. There is a daily charge. For additional vehicles, contact the Town of Snowmass Parking Department.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
