Stroll mere steps to the calm waters of Lewis Bay where you can enjoy the soft sand and scenic views. Englewood Beach is located within an easy walk. Head two miles to Sea Gull Beach on the Nantucket Sound for swimming, windsurfing, and collecting seashells. Enjoy a variety of nearby restaurant options or take the kids to Whydah Pirate Museum.

Sliding glass doors in the sunroom lead to an ocean-view deck with seating. Two balconies are accessed via the upstairs bedrooms - one of which has a bistro table for two. Fire up the grill in the fenced backyard and enjoy an afternoon cookout. A large lawn is great for yard games.

Create tasty meals in the updated and well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig machine. Stretch out on a leather sectional and two armchairs in the coastal-inspired living room. Watch your favorite shows on the 38-inch cable TV. Spend quality time relaxing in the sunroom, featuring wall-to-wall windows and ocean views. This bright and airy space includes ample lounge seating as well as a four-seat table.

Each bedroom of this two-level home features ocean views. The upstairs primary bedroom boasts a private, ocean-view balcony and an en suite bathroom configured with a soaking tub. The second bedroom includes a private balcony with ocean views. The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway and one reserved space on the street.

This two-story home is accessed via several steps at the entryway.
The fireplace is not operational.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
