Family who come from different countries visited us and was the most wonderful time because this place is so beautiful we feel like our home on the mountain, thank you so much 😍😍
My friends and I had a great time at this cabin. It was clean and fully stocked which we appreciated a lot. Nikki was a great host and very responsive.

Good but missing some details
The communication prior to our stay was immediate and detailed. The attempts to communicate the morning of our check out was never answered. The place was perfect for what we needed. Nice fenced in yard out back for a dog to run around. While it stated there were separate bedrooms for all 4 beds, two of the beds were in each of the living room/kitchen spaces as futons couches that turned into beds. The televisions in the upstairs unit (3) did not work--not any of them. The downstairs tv (1) did. The linens had stains and were literally crusty; might have been due to drying a polyester fabric, but it was also discolored where the crusty stuck together areas were...we ended up taking the blankets off to avoid these spots, however it wasn't until a night of sleep when we realized it. We have videos and pictures of this. One big issue is the outdoor stairs that can get extremely icy and the motion light turns on after a few steps--be careful! Otherwise, I would stay again if we bring our own clean blankets or get assurance that they have been replaced and clean ones are available and ample.

Disliked: Communication, location
The cabin has its pros and cons.
Pros: Having two cabins was great for privacy, etc. The cabins were clean and having two kitchens/refrigerators was a huge plus.
Cons: The host never responded to me the whole time. TV in the guest bedroom did not have connectivity to anything. Cleaning products and brooms were not present. The location is really bad if you want to go to the center of town or the ski slopes and it's a busy weekend. Traffic from this location is bottled necked on busy weekends.
I appreciated the host’s communication with me, but ultimately she completely stopped returning my texts and offered a partial refund if I gave her a five-star rating.
When we arrived, both units were not yet cleaned, and we had to wait outside for two hours (for the cleaners to arrive, and then for them to clean the units).
The couch in the top unit was broken and could not be sat on or used as a bed. The bottom refrigerator was unplugged by the previous guests because it was noisy (which we discovered later in our stay). Our problem with it was that it was not cooling, and we lost some of our food that we brought with us.
The host did order a new refrigerator, but it was too big, and it couldn’t be delivered. By that time, we had moved everything that could be saved to the top unit, and we asked that she wait until we left to deliver the new refrigerator. It was becoming stressful.
The host offered a $500 refund, which I appreciated. I asked for a refund of the pet fee, since I didn’t end up bringing my pets. This is where she said she would agree to the refund if we gave a five-star review. I did not respond to this, because it didn’t feel appropriate.
By the last day of our stay, the host was no longer communicating with me. The location was beautiful, but the stay was stressful. I don’t like to complain unless absolutely necessary, and constantly having to communicate with the host was not enjoyable for me. Having been lied to didn’t help.
I enjoyed my trip, and I will return to this location again. It was close to a brewery and to the main town. Neighbors were very quiet and we loved the location.
