Ain't Misbehavin' is perfectly located in Big Bear Lake. It is only steps to Meadow Park, Swim Beach and the Lake, and less than a mile from The Village. For winter fun, Snow Summit and Bear Mountain are only minutes away. Now with level 2 EV car charger!!

When you arrive at this rustic, comfy non-smoking, dog friendly cabin nestled among the trees, you are welcomed in by a cozy deck - the perfect place to sit and take in the mountain air. Inside, you will feel at home as you kick back on the comfy leather sofa in front of the rock fireplace and watch a Netflix movie or Blu-ray movie on the large 58" Flat HD Screen TV. There is also an assortment of fun board games that you and your family can play into the wee hours of the evening.


The Kitchen and Dining Room have everything you need to prepare and enjoy a family meal. If you want to eat outdoors, you can do some grilling on the propane BBQ and eat under the stars. Later, take a relaxing soak in the Spa or play cornhole, ladderball or giant Jenga. Big Bear Lake and Ain't Misbehavin' is very dog friendly. Your dog(s) will love our large fully fenced backyard and the dog park is just a few houses away.


When it is time to turn in for the night, the Master Bedroom has a comfy, Queen Bed and HD Flat Screen TV. The Guest Room has Twin over Full Bunk Bed and a HD flat screen as well. The remodeled Bathroom has a beautiful, slate shower.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG UNSUPERVISED IN THE CABIN UNLESS YOU HAVE A CRATE FOR THEM. WE HAVE HAD A FEW PROBLEMS LATELY.
Please clean up after your dog in every way, indoors and outdoors. You will be charged an additional $25 fee for every "surprise" found in the yard!
Also PLEASE keep pets off the furniture and beds. Many guests bring extra sheets and blankets to cover furniture. $25 good dog fee per dog, per stay

What a great little cabin! Just what we were looking for. Among the many great features is the very private, large backyard with all the amazing trees that gave wonderful shade. Also the 1 block walk to the park and lake.Highly recommend and plan to rent here again.

Nice weekend getaway

The cabin was clean and nicely furnished with a comfy couch and recliner. We enjoyed spending time at the lake and in downtown Big Bear. The host was easy to contact and no issues.

The cabin was fabulous, super cute and in a really great location. There were a couple of small things I was unsure about, and one lightbulb in the back needed replacing, which made it a bit dark. The host did let me know where the extra bulbs were, but since I was on vacation with my small child, I didn’t have the time to replace it myself. Overall, it’s a wonderful cabin in a great spot. Just keep in mind, like with most rentals, you’ll need to do some tidying up before checking out. The host was kind, responsive, and very flexible.

Another Amazing Stay

Big Bear weekend

Comfortable cabin and so great if you have a dog. Our Griffon was just as comfortable as we were. Short walking distance to dog park and Lake park. Nice residential area.

Perfect Cozy Cabin Getaway

We had a great time at Ain't Misbehavin'. Guy, the owner, was super professional and friendly. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated and super clean. We loved the hot tub, the large yard for our pup, the close proximity to walk to the lake, and the overall accommodations provided. We would definitely stay at one of there cabin again in the future.

Such a cozy cabin

Lovely property close to the lake’ and dog friendly. If you are looking for a cozy cabin with a yard, this is it. We were so comfy we didn’t want to go anywhere! It was just perfect and our dog had the best vacay ever! Excellent communication and there is a farmers market on Friday, lots of food vendors and fresh produce. All the essentials are at the cabin. Thank You for such a great visit!

True Cozy Cabin!

This place was absolutely adorable! A true cozy, rustic, cabin. It was a fabulous location. Close to shops and a nice beautiful park overlooking the lake. Sunsets were amazing! The yard was gorgeous and fenced. We spent every night in the spa looking at the stars. Would definitely reccomend for small family groups.

Great introduction to Big Bear Lake!

Came up to check out the area and get away from the heat! Property was just as described. Had everything we needed. It was very clean and welcoming! Loved the big backyard that was fenced in for the dogs. The location was perfect. Close walking distance to the lake and the Village! Guy was great with communication and had lots of great ideas for us to do and see! Very positive experience and we will definitely be back!

Big Bear vacation

This is an adorable cabin with cute bear decor throughout! The dogs really enjoyed running around the large back yard and we enjoyed sitting outside watching them! The trees surrounding the property kept it nice and cool. The shower was awesome and the heat warmer was a nice touch. Location is great and just a short walk to the lake and Grizzly Manor Cafe. Guy was a great host and Kenny, his property manager was also responsive. We had no issues checking in or checking out. I would rate this cabin 5 stars😊

Snow Getaway

Best trip ever! This was a milestone trip for our family because it was our kid's first trip to the snow and this cabin was centered super close to Snow Play and Alpine slide. We would spend the day playing and come back to cozy cabin and light a fire and relax. We all immediately felt at home and just had the best time. The kids are already asking when we can come back. I highly recommend!!

Fun in Big Bear

This cabin was perfect for us, our 2 boys and our dog. It was their first time on snowboards and this location was great, with easy backroad access to the slopes, shopping and the Village (although stay away from the Village on holiday weekends- CRAZY BUSY!). We had a couple of small issues with amenities but the owner was super easy to communicate with and he took care of them quickly. We would most definitely stay here again. We'll just make dinner reservations way in advance next time!

Lot's of shade

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The location is close to everything. We especially enjoyed all the great shade. We sat out on the front and back decks each day. Also, thank you for providing an EV charger. There are very few chargers in BB and the ones they have are very slow. It was nice to be able to plug in at night and be ready to roll in the morning.

Cabin retreat and place to work

We wanted to get away from the city for a little while, but still be able to work. The WiFi worked great, so we had never had any problems getting our work done (even Zoom meetings). The house also has a big, fenced backyard so we were able to bring our dog with us. The best part is the location of the cabin. It is less than a two minute walk to the lake and a park. We took the dog for a walk there everyday. We were also able to walk to a place to rent kayaks and everything else in the area is a short drive away. If you are trying to safely social distance, come during the week if you can. The town is very quiet between Sunday evening and Friday morning. Guy was great to work with. He very patiently answered all of my questions before we booked and checked in with us while we were there. We will definitely rent the house again!

We’ve stayed in a few places in Big Bear, this cabin is by far the best. Guy and Kenny were absolutely amazing. Wasn’t sure if the roads were going to be open because of the large amount of snowfall. But everything worked out. The cabin was extremely cozy. Very quiet neighborhood. 3 feet of snow all around, which added to the beauty. Brought groceries just in case the local stores were low. Didn’t have any issues with finding places open to eat. The hot tub in the backyard was relaxing. Large stone fireplace in the living room was so nice. Dog park was walking distance from the house. Lake was frozen, but made for some beautiful pictures. Grizzly manor Cafe was a couple blocks away. Perfect location. We will definitely be back. Guy was so accommodating. He checked in with us and made sure everything was okay. We stayed from Friday to Monday. Great time! Highly recommend it!

Guy was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. He started singing professionally at the age of 10 with the Mitchell Boys Choir performing in many TV shows, Movies and concerts across the country. Upon graduating Fairfax High School Guy got a job singing with comedian Jerry Lewis in Las Vegas, and toured as a soloist with the Famed Norman Luboff Choir.
Guy is a professional studio singer and musician having sung on 100s of movies, TV Shows, recordings, commercials and concerts. Most recently Guy appeared and/or sang on Friends: The Reunion show, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the Oscars with Mary J. Blige, TV shows The Punisher and Silicon Valley, movies, Deadpool 2 and Star Wars Rogue One and with Justin Timberlake and Chris Stapleton in their song and music video Say Something. Guy also sang numerous times on the Oscars with Lady Gaga, Adele and many others. Other movies include War for the Planets of the Apes, Star Trek Beyond, The Jungle Book, Ice Age Collision Course, Jurassic World, Tomorrowland, Fifty Shades of Grey, and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Planes, Epic, Oz, Star Trek Into Darkness, Men in Black 3, Mission Impossible 4, The Little Mermaid, and numerous times on Family Guy, The Big Bang Theory, The Grammys, The Middle, to name a few. Guy has sung and performed with a wide variety of recording artists ranging from Muse, U2, Beyonce’ and Red Hot Chile Peppers to Frank Sinatra, Barbra Streisand, Josh Groban, John Denver and The Lettermen. He has produced and recorded over 30 Piano CDs for Pianolight Music which was marketed in hundreds of stores across the country and has recorded 10 player piano CDs distributed by Hal Leonard around the world. He recently opened 1111 AD Tattoo, a World Class Tattoo Studio and Fine Art Gallery in Sherman Oaks, CA.
Guy met his wife Elaine in 1982 while he was performing and she was a passenger on a cruise ship. They currently reside in North Hollywood and they have 2 sons, Andrew and Adam.
