very good location cant beat it. Minute walk to bars and beach. its an old house but overall comfortable stay, would come back! Could use better linens - thicker cover, there was only thin sheet provided. Could also have a pin pad for door instead of only 1 key for the whole group.

This house was built in 1914 and the furnishings date from the same period. It smells like cats alth

This place is not fit for human habitation. Only good thing was proximity to the beach

Plenty of room, but old and musty

The house was a bit musty and smelled when we arrived. I don’t think the listing accurately described the beds because one of the beds was much smaller than a queen, maybe full size. There’s lots of room in the house, but they layout is odd and the furniture was not very comfortable. Great location but not a great place to hang out in.

The online property description was a little bit confusing as far as number of bedrooms. The place was a cluttered with extra furniture—it would've been easier to move around if they got rid of some of the extra furniture. But overall, it was a spacious and very well-functioning house. The property manager was very responsive when we had problems getting logged into the Wi-Fi I and she brought us an extension cord that we needed for one of the fans. All-new appliances including washer and dryer. The bedrooms are well-suited for a two family situation with children.
