About this property

Large quiet Accessible, Child Friendly House

Our 2016 completely renovated house is located in the heart of East Friesland, in Rhauderfehn. Very quiet in a side street. Far away from street noise yet very central to shops, doctors, authorities, gastronomy, fishing and sightseeing. The coast is easily accessible via the motorway.

At 160 square meters, our Non smoking house can accommodate 6 people. A travel cot can be placed, it is children, disabled and allergy friendly.
Pets are not allowed.


Outside:
It has a garden with log cabin by BBQ are with accessories, small carts, 2 bikes, 1 child bike seat, 2 garden chairs, 1 parasol. In the garden is a clothes dryer and a child seat group.
On the terrace, a seating area invites you to linger and is equipped with a wheelchair or walker Usable.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining area, TV, radio with CD, DVD and access to the conservatory with sunscreen, where you can spend pleasant evenings.

Fitted kitchen with built-in oven, dishwasher, freezer, dining table, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, dishes, pots, starter pack (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee filters, dish soap) u. V. M.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Alles tipptopp mit vielen interessanten Ausflugszielen. Das Haus ist groß und war bei Anreise sehr sauber. Alles was man brauchen könnte war auch vorhanden.

Leider waren wir nur ein Wochenende da. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und sehr groß. Was uns bzw. unserem Kind super gefallen hat, war die Spielecke mit dem Spielzeug. Hier muss man kein Spielzeug mitnehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ihr Haus überzeugt durch großzügige Räume, sehr ruhiger Lage, absoluter Sauberkeit und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdachter Ausstattung. Luxuswohnung auf dem Land

Das Haus liegt in einen ländliches Landschaft, wo es viele Windmühle und Kanäle gibt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Wir waren sieben Personen und trotzdem war das Haus sehr räumlich. Es war sehr sauber und alle Zimmer waren lichvoll. Was bei uns das größte Einwirkung gemacht hat, war das Anzahl von Kleinigkeiten. Es sieht so aus, daß die Familie Klettke sich sehr bemüht, um an alles denken, das die Gäste für ihren Genuss brauchen können, von Küchenwerkzeuge und Geräte nach Brille für die kurzsichtige. Auch die Ankuft und der Abflug waren sehr leicht und angenehm.

Hie hat es einfach an nichts gefehlt. An Alles wurde gedacht , das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bei guten wie bei schlechtem Wetter top zu nutzen.
