Treat yourself to a vacation you can really savor....and wake up every morning to IN YOUR FACE MOUNTAIN VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM!!!!

The reason why we are better than ski in/out is because my listing includes parking in a heated garage right at the ski lifts! There are maybe 20 houses that are truly ski out to the lift and ski back to your doorstep in the entire community which means you’re hiking one way or the other but my parking blows all of that away! It’s roughly a 5 minute drive from my place to the garage.

Everyone says it, but this truly is a one of a kind property with views that can't be beat! The house is an ideal layout for a big family, multiple families or large groups. It took our breath away and we fell in love with this home the moment we walked in and we know you will too! You won’t want to leave, trust me we never do!

Amazing Experience in Breck!

This house is everything you could want for a Breckenridge vacation! Place is huge, everybody is able to spread out, and the views are incredible. Greg is the best rental host I've ever dealt with. He'll answer any question you have about the house or things to do in the town. He generally cares about the experience of your vacation... you cant go wrong here! Our group hopes to be back soon.

Fantastic Experience with Exceptional Communication

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property, which exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Greg's communication was fantastic, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I inquired about the property until the end of my stay, Greg was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, contributing to a stress-free booking process and stay. One of the most delightful surprises was the size of the house. The pictures on the listing don't do justice to its spaciousness and comfort. Walking into the property, I was immediately struck by the roominess, making it an even more enjoyable and relaxing retreat than anticipated. There are plenty of different rooms for peace and quiet and entertainment rooms for friends and family to gather around. Don't get me started on the views from every window, as well as a five-minute drive to Gondola North! One hidden gem this place had was boot warmers in the heated garage! This was an easy five-star review. Thanks, Greg!

Skiing Breck

Nice property, great views, owner communicated well and was very helpful and responsive, a few of the mattresses were a little uncomfortable and needed replacing (especially on the sofa sleepers), overall a good property and good for a large skiing family.

Wonderful Wedding weekend

We had a wonderful time celebrating the marriage of our daughter to her fiancé this past weekend. The place was gorgeous and the patio provided them a beautiful backdrop for their ceremony. The views were stunning from all the decks. Greg was quick to respond and was a great host.

Best experience I have ever had

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at this incredible property, the pictures do not do it justice on how beautiful it truly is. Greg was the most personable host I have ever encountered. From day 1 he was always a text away for whatever we needed. Gave great recommendations on some great local spots. It was a sad day when we had to pack up and leave. Will definitely book here again when I visit in the future.

From our enormous patio to the way the rooms are situated in this house, you truly can spread out and make this the exceptional vacation that you want it to be. In addition to the amazing property, we are the kind of hosts that go above and beyond to ensure your needs are completely met while visiting. We know this town, we know the people here and we know how to maximize your stay. Our motto is EASY. Whatever we can do to make your stay easy is what we want to do. I will introduce you to parking valets. Ski valets, secret nooks, all with the intent of making your stay easy. I’ve seen the other side of it, carrying heavy gear, screaming kids, miserable people and my job, as your host, is to ensure you never, ever experience any of those things (can’t guarantee the non screaming kids but will do my best). If you want your fridge stocked before you arrive, done. Gourmet meals prepared while you’re out playing, done. There’s literally nothing that we can’t make happen to make your time here fun and efficient. Think Disney planner but in the mountains!
