First we were never given the check in info. We had to call for it. We were told to check in with a 3rd party management company. We were scheduled to check in at 4 pm on December 26 for a 6 night stay for 4 people and our dog. We had reserved a 2 bedroom cabin with a fenced yard. We had a 6 hour ride to the cabin. We called before we left and were told to check in with the mgt. company when we arrived. 4 hours into our ride that called and told us the cabin was no longer available and they would put us into a 1 beadroom cabin. We said that would not work and they would see what they could find. When we arrived we were told the only thing available was a small one bedroom with a couch that pulled out. It was too late to drive back so we stayed that night. The place was way too small and dirty. There were animals under the house that drove our dog crazy all night long. We could not stay here so we checked out. They charded us half for the hight and refunded the rest of our stay but they charded us multiple fees. We had a week long vacation scheduled for our family ruined and we had to drive back home to Phoenix. Will never use this company or service again. Horrible experience.

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Uninhabitable
Major fly infestation inside the home (hundreds!!), large amount of dog feces in front yard, no internet though advertised as having internet, roof leaks, grill too disgusting to use, backyard full of trash, shower head not attached, no soap. Grossly overcharged for this very poorly maintained property.
