Prices include a daily kilowatt-hour package included in the price. Beyond that, the supplement will be charged at the rate in force #€(0.02363/Kwh on 01/04/2025 which can be revised at any time) from the actual consumption. A metre reading will be taken by the owner in the presence of the tenant on arrival and departure.
