Partially Rear covered porch with eating area, Outdoor Weber Barbaque Grill, basketball court, gas fire pit w/ seating, private pool with sun deck and on-site parking ( driveway). Third floor has a large exterior sundeck with an Additional kitchen, living area and full bathroom. Home had been updated in 2023. Here are the list of improvements: 1. New Covered Front Wrap around Porch 2. New Second Floor Sun Deck which is connected to two front bedrooms. 3. New expanded rear yard deck 10’ x 20’ with enclosed outdoor shower area. 4. New first floor bathroom / laundry room 5. Expanded driveway to accommodate four cars. 6. Additional central air/ heating unit for second and third floor. 7. New expanded third floor rear sundeck.

I grew up in Brooklyn NY. My mother would take me and brother to the beaches regularly. That when I grew to love the beach. My first trip to wildwood was my high school after party and fell in love with this area ever since. Seeing other families enjoy my home makes me appreciate my home more than ever.

The location is very convenient a short walking distance to beach, boardwalk and various great eating establishments. Once you park your vehicle there is no need to drive anywhere.
