Your 2023 Registration Packet is not included in your reservation, and $70 for up to (6) guests. One additional vehicle may be added for $20. Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 3 on the 10th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. It overlooks one of the pools and a hot tub! Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony!
