Ideally located in the heart of the resort, on the 4th floor of the La Résidence building with elevator, you can do everything on foot.
Very close to the slopes, 200m from the Diable chairlift and 300m from the new Jandri Express (17-minute glacier access).
Close to shops and restaurants.
The accommodation
Warm 50 m² apartment with a large south-facing terrace overlooking the Vénéon.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people:
• 1 bedroom with a double bed
• 1 sleeping alcove with 2 bunk beds
• 1 double sofa bed in the living room
Furnished apartment:

• 1 large bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, 1 large walk-in closet. It opens onto the south-facing terrace (which extends into the living room), offering magnificent views of La Muzelle and the city.
• 1 sleeping alcove with a custom-made solid wood bunk bed.
• 1 living area equipped with a smart TV and a 140x200 cm sofa bed.
• 1 large kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, raclette grill, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker.
• 1 bathroom with a shower and heated towel rail.
• 1 separate toilet.
• Wi-Fi included.
• Spacious and secure cellar for your skis and ski boots.
• Parking is available in the residence, subject to availability. Unloading is a few meters away via elevator.
🛀 Sheets and towels provided.
CLEANING:
For your comfort, a cleaning fee is mandatory.
The apartment is cleaned with care and attention to detail after each rental by a specialized service provider.
Nevertheless, we thank you for respecting the premises and leaving the apartment tidy and in good condition upon your departure.
In the event of "abnormal" soiling, the additional cleaning fee may be deducted from your security deposit.

DURING THE WINTER PEAK SEASON (school holidays): rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
• Summer activities: via ferrata, paragliding, white water sports accessible by the Venosc cable car (hydropeed, canoe rafting, rafting, hotdog, air boat, canyoning), trail running, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, golf, skate park, summer tobogganing, archery, mini-golf, devalkart (racing down a track in a mini kart), trampoline, airbag, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, padel, lake, climbing, cinema, bowling.
