Bien situé et très agréable

Location très bien située et très agréable pour l'exposition. Un petit bémol toutefois : la vétusté de quelques équipements (luminaires, robinet).. Sinon, très bien dans l'ensemble.

Das Objekt ist wunderbar. Lediglich bei Ostwind hat der Ort Mimzan Plage ein erhebliches Geruchsproblem von der nahen Papierfabrik.

Für uns war negativ, dass es kein eigenes Badezimmer gab. Durch die Duschkabinen in den Schlafzimmern gab es wohl schon öfters Wasserschäden. Die Wohnung roch muffig und nach Schimmel. Auch die Geruchsbelästigung durch die Papierfabrik in Mimizan-Bourg ist je nach Windrichtung äusserst unangenehm. Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es den Meerblick nicht von der Erdgeschosswohnung.

In der Beschreibung des Objekts wird ein separates Badezimmer nicht aufgeführt. Der Geruch, den Sie erwähnen, kann leider von Zeit zu Zeit aufgrund der nicht weit entfernten Papierfabrik aufkommen. Wir entschuldigen uns für etwaige Verwirrungen und hoffen, Sie dennoch bald wieder begrüßen zu können.

Walker holiday

Fantastic location right on the beach as it says. Wonderful to sit outside watching the sun set. The cooling sea breeze was a saviour in the evenings. Had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienunterkunft war wirklich gut. Ich würde sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist vergleichsweise einfach, aber top. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Dusche und Waschbecken. Eine Toilette. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand!

schöne Wohnung unmittelbar am Strandaufgang - traumhaft

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Raumaufteilung der Wohnung war optimal, die Ausstattung ließ es an nichts fehlen und durch die Nähe zum Strand konnten wir jeden Tag unseren ausgiebigen Strandspaziergang gleich Barfuss starten.
