Franchement n'importe quelle Villa aurait fait l'affaire car Riumar c'est calme, grande plage, peu de monde, parfait pour des vacances en famille. La Mer chaude et piscine chaude parfait.

Gut umzäuntes Haus Hunde sicher ,hat leider keine Grünflächen. Zimmer alle mit Klimaanlage und Mückennetzen vor den Fenstern. Es war alles sauber im Bad ließen sich leider die Duschköpfe nicht befestigen und die Küche ist nur mit dem aller nötigstem bestückt . Wichtig Mückenspray nicht vergessen es gibt sehr viele Mücken.

Hundefreundliches Ferienhaus

In einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Pool. In 10 Gehminuten erreichen Sie den Strand, sowie auch den Supermarkt. Weitläufiger Hundestrand in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen empfanden wir als etwas zu weich. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen. In der Nebensaison Mai/Juni war es sehr ruhig, da keine Nachbarn Anwesend waren. Das Personal der Vermieter-Agentur war sehr freudlich und entgegenkommend (Hausabgabe).

Maison agréable à proximité de la plage

Maison agréable dans un quartier calme (tout du moins en septembre) pour un séjour agréable, bien situé à proximité de la plage et d'un petit supermarché bien achalandé. La clôture de séparation de la maison d'à côté n'est pas celle de la photo mais une clôture basse non achevée (nuisances possibles). Les améliorations possibles = un canapé un peu plus confortable, une literie de meilleure qualité, un lave-vaisselle, une table d'extérieur moins encombrante.

Si esperas algún tipo de lujo, esta no es tu casa. Una casa muy modesta en la que se podrían hacer bastantes mejoras. Estuvimos 15 días, nos dieron un juego de sábanas y otro de toallas únicamente. Tuvimos que pedir pinzas para tender la ropa y vasos. El menaje de la cocina insuficiente. Uno de los baños se atascaba y la ducha de la piscina también,la piscina sólo nos la limpiaron 1 vez. Por lo demás todo bien!!

A la casa le falta una buena puesta a punto. Limpieza justa, y por el precio que cobran (aunque no sea elevado) ya podían tener un televisor más actualizado.

Casa antigua pero con todo lo necesario

Se trata de una casa individual antigua y sencilla pero que tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días (la única cosa que falta es un lavavajillas). La piscina y el porche estupendos, todo limpio y arreglado.

Maison située à proximité de la plage avec beaucoup de moustiques. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont assez limités ce qui est dommage.

Ein toller Urlaub - ein tolles Haus....

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und strandnah. Der Hammer ist die Dachterasse. Dort sollte allerdings noch Tisch und Stühle auch aufgestellt werden. Auch sollten Sitzauflagen für die Plastikstühle angeschafft werden. Ansonsten TOP...
