This unique condo is a beachfront property on the world-famous West Coast of Maui between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Kahana Sunset fronts one of Maui's most romantic white sandy beaches, nestled on protected Keonenui Bay, offering spectacular views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai.

Included in our fabulous price are many owner-supplied extras such as:

This property is an ocean front resort with 72 low-rise units on quiet Keonenui Bay, where often, the only footprints you see are your own! The sand is pristine, the turtles & tropical fish are abundant, and the waves are family-friendly, whether it is calm and gentle for snorkeling or with sets of waves rolling in, perfect for the body surfers in the family. Each day brings a new beach experience!

Once you open the door and enter our beautiful unit, you will experience the following:

Start your day with a swim or snorkel right from the beach! There is a wonderful swimming pool that has an adjoining children's pool for a dip after playing in the ocean. Kahana Sunset property has two large barbecue areas for you to use, so that after a long day of sightseeing, you have everything you need to relax!

Located Just south of us is Kaanapali, there are more world famous golf courses and beaches and "Whalers Village" shopping outdoor mall with restaurants and much more. When booking C5 at Kahana Sunset you will feel like you have gone back in time to the true Hawaiian experience, come visit us, we would love to have you!

We also offer complimentary concierge services to assist in creating a spectacular, unique, and memorable vacation tailored to your specific desires. Wonderful Stay in Maui

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at this rental! Perfect for 2 couples on a friend trip as the bedrooms are separated and both have their own bathrooms. We loved the location, lovely beaches nearby and amazing food! Very peaceful spot, away from large resorts/buildings. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and condo if you like beauty and quiet! We love the west side. Beaches within minutes. Clean and lovely grounds: pool is great! Walk to Napili Market for yummy food! Everyone on Maui is so welcoming & friendly!

Whale Watch Trip

The property is in a nice area between Kaanapali and Kapalua. The Napili Market is just around the corner and a number of nice restaurants are very close. The overall property is quiet and very picturesque with a small bay and very small beach. Great spots for snorkeling are close by such as Kapalua Bay and Honolua Bay

Great location

We had a lovely stay at the Kahana Sunset. It's right on the water and the beach is only steps away from the front door. The unit was clean and well equipped. Bathrooms are tiny but well represented in the listing. Lanai is huge and has shade.

Perfect vacation in paradise!

The stay at Kahana Sunset was everything I could have hoped for. The view was spectacular. The private beach and pool were so great and gave us things to do when we just wanted to hang out around around the property. The 2 bedroom condo was exactly as advertised. Jill was fabulous and very responsive. We'll definitely be back to stay again!

Comfortable stay in a terrific location

Kahana Sunset has a wonderful setup for a family vacation. The beach and pool are steps away and it is in a quiet and peaceful location, very close to Kapalua and Kaanapali. There are great spaces for larger groups (grills, tables, etc.) The condo was comfortable and spacious. Although the finishes are not "high-end," it was furnished and decorated thoughtfully and comfortably (including the beds). I would certainly recommend to friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Jill, the host of this amazing property went above and beyond to make our stay in Maui absolutely amazing! The home is so clean, comfortable and well thought through. Everything worked well, the bed linens were so nice and the beds were comfortable! . The grounds are gorgeous and the pool is crystal clear. We had the best time and truly enjoyed our stay. I can’t thank them enough for their generous assistance and superb accommodations

Beautifully decorated condo

This condo is decorated beautifully. Everything from the art, the dishes, the bedding-it was all top notch and so wonderfully chosen. The property company was easy and great to work with. We had to move condos and they made it so easy and let us check in as soon as the condo was clean. This condo was better stocked than any of the other condos we saw on property. We would love to stay at this property again.

Amazing Experience

Kahana Sunset felt like our own secluded paradise for the week we were there. We took full advantage of the seemingly private beach, the grill area overlooking the bay, the ocean view from our balcony was the perfect place to enjoy our Kona coffee in the morning. The unit itself was exactly what we were looking for. The decor was beautiful, and the condo itself reminded us daily that e were in a tropical paradise. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Amazing Christmas Week

We had an absolute blast on our trip to Maui. Condo was perfect for our family of five. My wife and I and 3 boys ages 14,18 and 21. Had amazing views of the ocean right from our balconies. They also had beach stuff you could use. 3 chairs, 2 boogie boards and a cooler. Used them everyday!

Location, Feasibility, Comfortable

The location was great. It was the 2nd part of our stay and we wish we could have stayed longer. It was located in the middle of all the activities we were taking part in. We didn’t cook dinner, but loved the kitchen for easy cost effective breakfast and to prepare beach snacks! There is a store right around the corner & food trucks down the road! Kids loved the pool. There was a swell in while we were there so the waves were crashing (at all beaches) so we did not swim out in the Ocean in front of the condo, but would have on a calmer day. The unit was not as updated as I thought based on the description, but it did not bother us. We were not there to wooed by fancy up-dates, we just wanted space for our family and that was perfect! The beds were so comfortable!!! That can make or break a vacation we would stay here again!

Beautiful condo with stunning views

We had the best stay at this beautiful property. Host was overly accommodating. Everything was exactly as pictured and listed. Beds were super comfortable and clean and the AC worked great. Very clean and organized with helpful directions for everything. We were appreciative to have use of the beach equipment and access to do laundry as needed in the unit. The two decks were the cherry on the top! Highly recommend and would love to come back in the future! Thank you for sharing this hidden gem with us!

Great getaway!

Spent 9 days on Maui in this lovely condo. It was perfect for our trip! My husband and I traveled together with our best friends and the set up of the unit was great! The common area is comfortable. We loved eating out on the deck and watching the ocean and occasional whale swim by. The separation of the bedrooms worked out well. The host was very great in communicating quickly with us when needed. The beach equipment they had on hand was great! We didn’t have to rent or purchase any while we were there. The complex is very quiet which was nice. The only bummer was that the small bit of beach that you see in the pictures was pretty nonexistent due to the waves. I’m sure that’s because we visited in the winter. We found plenty of beautiful beaches in the area to hang out at and enjoyed watching the sunset, waves, and whales from the grassy area on the well kept grounds.

We came in for a family wedding. When we arrived 4 hrs after check in - we were happy to walk into a cozy place for the next 4 nights. Host was very attentive in communicating quickly and efficiently. AC was a godsend! Everything you need for the pool is available for use. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need.

Perfect location for accessing multiple snorkeling beaches on the northwest corner of Maui. Property managers were responsive and communicated often. Property grounds are well cared for and very pretty. Switches are labeled. Kitchen appliances were appreciated. A few items in the fridge, ice in the freezer, and AC was on before we arrived made us feel welcome.

Great Stay at Hula Hideaway

We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Hula Hideaway. As first time visitors to Maui, we deliberated about where to stay - and the Kahana area where this condo is located was amazing. It was right on the water, with a small beach and swimming or snorkeling in a small bay. We watched the sunset every night and where able to see the resident sea turtles almost every day. The condo was just as described - spacious for the three of us, clean and comfortable, and well stocked with supplies. The host was communicative and responsive, addressing a minor issue with amazing speed. The beds were quite comfortable! We would absolutely stay again.

Our stay was great. the unit is roomy and the beds comfy. I got the best sleep. I had my own lania and could see the ocean. The complex is a few mins to the best best. Restaurant and a small grocery store are close by. the pool is warm and there is a sandy beach just a couple of mins walking. beach chairs are available too. the only thing is there isn't enough outlets to charge devices but i thought there was an ext cord in the kitchen and there isn't a bathroom downstairs so I wouldn't suggest this would work for an elderly person. We didn't end up using the sofabed so I can't give opinion. It was a great stay and like I said, West Maui has excellent beaches , Eat at the Sea House and party at Dollies! Oh the parking is tight but we had a small car. just an FYI.
