Perfect location for a San Diego winter or summer get away!Amazing communal rooftop San Diego Bay Views!!! Short Uber/Lyft from San Diego Airport. Private, secure tandem two car underground parking. Small intimate 15 unit complex located in prime La Playa Point Loma quiet neighborhood. Close to all things San Diego great neighborhood feel. Two minute easy walk to local Kellogg Beach. Short drive or public transit to grocery store, restaurants, services, public boat launch/marina, downtown, Balboa Park, Little Italy, Mission Bay, Liberty Station. Wonderful area to walk/run and explore. Perfect space for small family or couple. This is a great very private, quiet, mostly owner occupied complex not suitable for large groups or parties. Strictly non smoking/ no pet policy
