On our 2ha property, you will have the opportunity to stay in a typical farmhouse, as well as its outbuilding with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You can also enjoy the superb garden and the view of the countryside!
In the heart of the Perche Regional Nature Park, you can enjoy all the tourist offers of the region according to your desires.

The Petit Hameau Perche Effect consists of La Grande Maison, a typical Percheron farmhouse, La Petite Maison and Le Fournil which is not yet developed.

When you arrive by the road that goes to the forest and enter our home, you have arrived in our little paradise.
With a 2ha plot of land and a panoramic view of the countryside you feel in the middle of nature while being quite close to the village.

The house will allow families and friends to meet for a stay in the countryside, within the Perche Regional Natural Park.
