About this property

It time for fall foliage in the Poconos!

Perfect for families, couples and solo travelers. Traditional mountain cottage with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and separate dining room. There is also a screened in three season room and a patio. Community association hosts numerous events and there are three pools and two lakes. Close to skiing, outlet shopping, Pocono Raceway, Kalahari water park, hiking, biking and water sports. Enjoy nature all year round!

IMPORTANT: Per Arrowhead policy, reservations with the community must be made and paid for at least 3 days in advance or Arrowhead will assess an extra $100; please book by noon if it's the third day before your stay. I will need your car information for registration so please check your inbox for details after booking. I will register you with and pay Arrowhead; reimbursement for fees paid must be submitted at least one day in advance of stay and is required to obtain door code.

Arrowhead Lake is a Gated Community. Temporary membership fees are mandatory and assessed to all rental parties. These fees are not based on amenities and must be paid prior to arrival.

Transaction Fee per Rental: $20

Gate Access (QR Code) Fee: $20 per car

Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $2.00 daily off-season/$8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)

Please consider this before booking and include in your budget. It is WELL worth the cost, because it allows you to use all the POOLS, the LAKES, 4 Beaches the LODGE, Gym, Game Room, Kids Play Room, Library and more...

There is an additional pet fee of $25 per visit to cover cleaning. Please disclose if you plan to bring a pet; otherwise the fee will be taken out of the deposit. Also, if you plan to let your pets on the furniture, please bring a blanket for them to protect from damage.

Please be apprised that guests must be 25 years old to rent.

No fireworks; do not leave food outside (there are bears and raccoons); no speeding--Arrowhead will issue tickets.
Please do not leave dirty dishes. Also, due to septic system, please wipe grease out of pans before washing.
Check out is 11AM unless prior approval is granted. A $20 fee will apply to late checkouts. Please take trash with you.

Host was very accommodating and communicated well with us. The home was clean and perfect for our family of four and two pups. The community offers so many amenities compared to other communities in the area. All facilities in the community were very clean and accommodating. I would definitely recommend booking with Aliza!

I just love this house. We booked it for the 2nd year in a row. It’s so cute and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing Poconos get away. Arrowhead in general is a great community with tons of amenities. Beach 2 is witching walking distance of the house but we drive about 5 minutes because we prefer Beach 4’s vibes. There’s plenty of things to do nearby and groceries/CVS are all close as well. Alize is a fantastic host and has made everything super easy. Couldn’t recommend the house or Aliza more! Can’t wait to come back!

The house was very neat and clean. It had just about everything you need, down to firewood for the fire pit! The sunroom was very enjoyable as it was a great place to relax and eat without any bugs! The location was also great with walking distance to the lake and beach for swimming. The bed was very comfortable with additional blankets and pillows in the closet. The dryer was great to have after coming back from swimming to help dry our things quickly. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make meals. We would definitely come back again!

This little cabin was so nice! Our cats loved going out on the porch to have a peek into the trees (though they also learned they don't like being cold). The sitting room is just super comfy with such a pretty window and a nice L couch. Overall, it was a great stay!

This place is perfect. It’s exactly what I wanted out of a Poconos house. Super cozy and really interesting art. Aliza was lovely and responsive. Grill, fire pit and so close to the beaches. Arrowhead is a great location. Just wished we could have stayed longer!

Check in was very easy, I enjoyed the cabin! it was perfect, small full kitchen was perfect for making meals. my favorite part was drinking coffee on the screened in porch. Looking out to the woods you can see deer. It was truly peaceful And relaxing. I would definitely recommend.

Great cabin! Had everything we needed and then some. The owner was very helpful thru the whole process. I would have given this 5 stars but the fridge was not very clean 😒. Very good stay.

Comfortable home easy walk to beach

2 adults, 2 teens, and our dog all enjoyed our stay here! Clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and very comfortable with both a cozy living room and a comfortable 3 season screened in porch. Host answered questions quickly and cheerfully. Short walk to the beach, and we saw many many deer and other wildlife.

This property reminds me of the Jersey shore house that my family had for years. We recently sold it and although I love the ocean (I'm a swimmer), I'm becoming a mountain person too.
