Located away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet only a few short miles away, within walking distance of beautiful beaches, walking and hiking trails, and the Milestone Road bike path, our area is ideal for summer activities or just lazy days by the pool.

Since purchasing this property in 2008, we have made many improvements, and continue to upgrade constantly. Initially we gut renovated the main house, added a large (60ft X 18 ft) heated custom pool suitable for laps or recreational swim, with an automatic safety cover, cabana with bath, changing area and kitchenette, plus a tennis court!
In 2022 we did a second complete renovation. We added 2 additional new full bathrooms plus a new study off the main living area, updated the kitchen with new quartz counters, zellige tile backsplash and new high-end stainless steel appliances (including a professional Thermador gas range), rebuilt the deck, repainted the entire interior, installed a new LG large capacity stack W/D, replaced the roof and added a blue stone patio by the pool. The entire home is newly updated, fresh and beautifully appointed.

As is typical of Nantucket, our home is an "upside down saltbox" to take advantage of the views. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms furnished in summer cottage style featuring comfortable top of the line mattresses, luxury linens, 3 full baths with high end fixtures, slate floors and clean white subway tiles, centrally located laundry, and a spacious outdoor shower.


Upstairs is a Great Room with soaring ceilings, shaker-style kitchen newly painted in a soft mushroom color by Farrow and Ball, with stools located at both a peninsula and eating island, and an English Pine farm table that seats ten. The decor upstairs is summer cottage style, with beautiful antique English and Irish Pine casement goods, cozy white cotton slip- covered coaches, craftsman style woodwork, and top of the line oil-rubbed bronze lighting fixtures and ceiling fan. The new study features a built in desk that flexes to a queen bed, ceiling fan, and white painted wood shiplap. The new upstairs bath features high end brass fixtures from England and handmade zellige tiles. Our house comfortable sleeps 8 adults. If needed the flex study space could accommodate an additional 1-2 guests.

The inside of the house has been freshly painted in a soft white. Crisp white sheer curtains sway in the ocean breeze. Throughout the house are heart pine floors. Two sets of french doors lead to a south facing deck with stunning views, plus a large outdoor teak dining set and gas grill. On the lower deck is an outdoor wicker grouping consisting of a sofa, two chairs, and coffee table, porch swing and hammock. A massive umbrella provides shade as you sit surrounded by an abundance of blooming hydrangeas. On the main lawn off the deck is a stone fire pit, perfect for campfires and roasting marshmallows!

The ocean breezes keep you very comfortable, but should you want it, the bedroom level has central air-conditioning and the upstairs great-room can be cooled or heated by an efficient new split system and large ceiling fan.

The pool cabana's kitchenette is equipped with a farm sink, under-counter refrigerator, beverage center, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and blender. Windows open to a counter and five bar stools, perfect for serving snacks and drinks poolside. Adjacent to is a shaded brick patio with an outdoor teak round table and a gas grill. In the back of the cabana is a changing room, bathroom, and outdoor shower, all conveniently located by the pool. Along the pool are six Frontgate lounge chairs on a new bluestone patio.
