1 Bedroom Cottage

Enjoy our adorable and modern, 1 bedroom cottage with new furnishings and updated kitchen. This cottage has two bar stools at the kitchen island but no inside dining table. There is a pop up table in front of the couch to enjoy meals there as well. There is a large dining table with chairs outside on the patio.

You'll love the private beach access right outside your front door, just a few steps down the paved walkway to the sand.

Relax on the large and private enclosed patio with gas grill, plenty of seating and dining table. Spend your day relaxing, fishing, swimming and searching for shells and shark teeth on the beach. There are beach chairs and beach towels available.

Enjoy super fast WIFI and Cable TV. There is a washer and dryer on site in the common area.

We are dog friendly, any size! 2 dogs max. At time of booking, let us know if you are bringing one or two dogs along. The fee for one dog is $115. The fee for two dogs is $165.

We hope you'll love our location as much as we do! Being right at the beach, hearing the waves while you relax on the patio, and enjoying the most beautiful sunset you'll ever see, in addition to being close to the local restaurants and nightly entertainment make it the perfect getaway.

Manasota Key Beach House 2 is a triplex with the choice of this 1 bedroom, a 2 bedroom or a larger 1 bedroom. Each unit has their own fenced in patio. There is a common area with washer and dryer.

Steps away from the beach

Small but enough for two people.. The outside patio with a table and grill was nice but there was no outside lights.. there was chairs for the beach .. We stayed for a week and loved the beach that was down a short path to the most amazing sunsets every night 🌙

Manasota Key

Small but clean and cute. Bedroom was big, but very small bathroom. Kitchen updated but no table, just counter seating. The private outdoor patio was HUGE, included grill and eating table. Beach chairs and patio chairs included. Very nice and pet friendly.
