We are all rebuilt and super excited to welcome visitors back to SW Florida!! Welcome to your all new two bedroom (+ Sleeping Den), two bathroom South Cape Coral waterfront home. This quiet neighborhood, on a dead-end and canal-lined street, offers a relaxing sophisticated tropical vibe. Just minutes away from local favorite Cape Coral Yacht Club...and quick routes to all that Southern Florida has to offer!

Enter the home to water views from every window in your open plan kitchen, living, and dining room. Lots of space to chill and read a book, or entertain and watch the big game. Kitchen is fully stocked, including filtered water and ice maker from the fridge/freezer. Hallway leads to a king guest bedroom and full bathroom including tub. Then into the king primary suite with spa bathroom...double sinks, an over-sized shower, plus a large walk-in closet and nook space with twin trundle daybed for reading a book or extra guests and grandkids. Plenty of privacy for everyone.

All beds are King size, with plush mattresses and hotel quality sheets. And lots of pillows for a restful night’s sleep!

Bathrooms all include fluffy white towels, hand soap, plus towels to hit the beach.

Outdoors, you’ll find a green oasis with palms, birds of paradise, fruit trees (great breakfast smoothies!), and tropical flowers. An outdoor patio has seating/dining space and a BBQ, plus those great water views all around. Or take in some shade under the spectacular Weeping Willow and listen to the water flow past.

This lovely home is all one level with keyless entry, offering easy and secure access for all guests.

Perfect location close to a good eateries and friends we had excellent weather the whole time we were there. We had a problem with the AC unit, called and was taken care of immediately..

Clean. Nice beds.

Beds were very comfortable Would have preferred to know the twin was part of the master. Would be nice to have curtains or petitions on sunroom windows for some privacy from neighbors.

Met all our expectations and exceeded some. Private accommodation for four adults and a child, as it has two bedrooms and a sofa in the large closet in the master bedroom. Three Fire TVs.
