All we could ask for, flawlessly

Let me put it this way. Several times, my partner and I asked each other whether we could envision buying a home like this property. “Yes.” Every time. “What would you change?” “Umm…. I really can’t think of anything.” In the end, I have a short list of two or three things I would change about the property. A different paint colour here, a different tile there… minor aesthetic stuff. A little bigger pool deck would be nice. Loved the open kitchen area, LOVED the shower. It was comfortable, quiet, and the neighborhood had burrowing owls, bunnies that visited us, even a friendly crow that would chat with me. The property managers were very helpful, very clear, quick to respond, and friendly. We could not ask for more.

Bill and Mo's excellent Cape Coral Adventure

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful, new home in Cape Coral for 25 nights and truly loved it. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool area was always inviting and we gathered there every day in the afternoon to wind down from the day of activities. I was surprised by the central location of this home. We were only a few minutes from the best restaurants in CC. We will be back soon!

Great location and space.

I enjoyed staying at the house. Everything was clean and new. Property had enough beach towels, a cooler with a beach cart, and beach chairs if you want to have a day at one of the local beaches. Location was center to everything that you would want to do. I had to borrow someone's Wi-Fi because I could not get theirs to work so if you need Internet make sure that's taken care of. If you like night swimming there is not a light in the pool, just Lanai. Also, there are no ceiling fans in the Lanai area as of this post. The master bedrooms bed is extremely soft for me, but I am a guy who weighs 290 pounds, so I had to sleep in one of the spare rooms with a bed that was a little bit more firmer, that I could actually get out of it than sinking into it.
