As a guest here you will have full access to the entire condo. You will be assigned one free parking space, so you can park close to the condo and explore downtown on foot. Additional cars can also park paying by hour or by day. You will be given a unique key code to access the smart lock on the front door. You can use all of the condo’s amenities, including the high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, pet accessories, and more. You can also use the hotel pool, sauna, exercise room, and hot tub. From here you’re just minutes from all of the food, shopping, art, and culture of Downtown Duluth!



You can’t beat this location, just moments away from the Great Lakes Aquarium, Duluth Entertainment, and Convention Center, Maritime Museum, Bayfront Festival Park and Playground, North Shore Scenic Railroad, Amsoil Arena, Duluth 10, and IMAX Theaters, plus numerous boutiques, offering unique gifts and window shopping.
