On foot, the cliff is only a stone's throw away. Climb into the Baltic waters, or take a walk along the coast to the Haunted Woods. For exits to the neighboring Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde brand new bikes are available in a tool shed. The apartment has a fitted kitchen with oven, refrigerator incl. Freezer, dishwasher u. S. W. You can use the washing machine in the bathroom for free. 3D flat screen TV, stereo, Blu-Ray and DVD player are available. A freely available super fast DSL connection (100,000 kbit / s) with W-LAN ensures the contact in the wide world. Toll-free calls to German landlines can be made via the provided phone. If you have more than four people on board, just book the ground floor apartment "Steep Coast" in the house.   Please note that sheets and towels are not included in the holiday price. You are welcome to bring your own towels and bed linen or to book it for a fee. The linen package costs EUR 20,00 per person.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön.,Die Ferienwohnung entsprach den Erwartungen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die mangelhafte Verdunklung zum Schlafen, gerade in der Zeit von April bis August, wenn es sehr früh hell wird.

Empfehlenswert

Wir haben in dem Haus beide Wohnungen gemietet. Das Telefonat einen Tag vorab war sehr nett und informativ bzgl des Check ins. Der Check In war simpel und kontaktlos (Schlüssel über Tresor). Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und hell eingerichtet, ebenso ist die Aufteilung ok, einziger Nachteil, das Zimmer im oberen Bereich ist nicht durch eine Tür o.ä. abgetrennt, so, dass man das Leben im Wohnzimmer mitbekommt (wir als Eltern haben dort nach der 1. Nacht geschlafen). Die vorhandenen Betten waren sauber und bequem. Die Kücheneinrichtung war top, wir hätten für den ersten Tag erstmal nichts mitnehmen müssen (Spültuch, Trockentuch und Spülmaschinen Tab wurde bereit gelegt), ebenso waren die Küchenutensilien auch mehr als gut (sogar Tupperdosen waren vorhanden). Die Küche und das Bad waren sauber und konnten gut genutzt werden, finde ich persönlich immer wichtig. Positiv ist noch zu bewerten, dass wirklich hochwertige Räder zur Verfügung standen (Kalkhoffräder, 21 Gänge, funktionstüchtig, mit Korb).Wir haben diese häufig benutzt und keine Probleme gehabt, ebenso steht ein Kinderanhänger zur Verfügung (den brauchten wir aber nicht). Einziges Manko an der Wohnung, es wurde schon ewig kein Staub mehr geputzt, unterm Bett Staubflocken, in den Ecken Staub, auf den Schränken und hinter den Nachtschränkchen, eigentlich an den üblichen Staub stellen. Das war nicht schön und hat extrem gestört (war kurz davor Staub zu putzen).

Tolle Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Obwohl wir erst spät abends angekommen sind, hat die Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und modern eingerichtet. Sie bietet genug Platz für 6 Personen zum Schlafen. Einziges Manko: Das obere Zimmer ist nicht durch eine Tür vom Wohnbereich trennbar, sodass Gespräche und Fernseher ggf. als störend beim Einschlafen empfunden werden können. Wir waren nur 3 Nächte dort und überwiegend außerhalb der Wohnung unterwegs und können daher zur Ausstattung nicht viel sagen. Aber es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Überlegt es Euch hier zu buchen

unsauber besonders unter den Betten und Schränken. Matratze war blutig gewesen ....sehr ecklig. Mit dem Vetmieter abgesprochen das wir um 16 Uhr die Wohnung beziehen können....angeblich hatte dieser eine Autoreperatur und hat es nicht geschafft uns zu informieren. Wir haben vergebens vor der Wohnung gewartet.Letzendlich durften wir um 18 Uhr mit unser kleinen Tochter einziehen. Preis im Vergleich zu anderen moderneren Unterkünften überzogen. Vergleicht selbst die Preise von anderen Anbietern. Überlegt es Euch

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit coolem Dachzimmer für die Jugend, perfekt sauber, professionelle freundliche Übergabe, absolut ruhige Lage abseits der Hauptstraßen, 500 m zum Meer mit Steinstrand, ca. 1,5- 2 km zur Ortsmitte mit Hauptstrand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung an der Ostsee

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern sehr schöne Tage in Nienhagen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und etwas außerhalb von Nienhagen gelegen. Der Strand ist jedoch schnell zu erreichen. Es stehen Fahrräder und sogar ein Kindersitz zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung familienfreundlich eingerichtet (Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Spielsachen DVD für Kinder). Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder besuchen.

Sauberkeit alles andere als "exklusiv"

Von der Anlage her sicher nicht schlecht, aber wenn auf Lampen dicker Staub liegt, Herd und Backofen voller Krümel sind, in der Dusche Sand liegt, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine dreckig sind.....dann leidet natürlich der an sich nicht schlechte Eindruck des Objekts gewaltig.

sehr gepflegte schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels funktionierte via Telefon und Code an einem Schlüsselfach, was eigentlich total ok und unkompliziert ist. Allerdings wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen, wo man die Kurtaxe bezahlen soll. Das ist doch eigentlich die Aufgabe des Vermieters. Wir haben uns dann selbst darum gekümmert.
