Modern Brick cottage with fully fenced garden with terrace facing south in a quiet location. Dog allowed. The beach, the harbor and the family center Nessmersiel Sturmfrei with WellnessOase are within walking distance. Nessmersiel is also often referred to as the Mecca of Watt Walkers because most of the mudflats to the East Frisian North Sea islands of Norderney and Baltrum as well as the World Heritage Wadden Sea start from here.

Ground floor: Open living and dining area with comfortable sofa and flat screen TV, dining table with seating, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, VierPlattenElectric stove with oven and all necessary electrical appliances. From here access to terrace with garden furniture and fully fenced garden. Toilets. Washing machine. Storeroom. Floor tiled. Upper floor: A bedroom with double bed. A bedroom / children's room with two single beds. Daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Travel cot and highchair available.
