For loading and unloading you can stop in front of the house.   A washing machine in the house is available for a fee.

The living room houses next to the kitchenette, including a dining table, a cozy sofa. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning, a cozy evening on TV for two and the view from the adjoining French balcony over the rooftops of Bansin. The small bedroom with comfortable double bed is a true Kuschelnest. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and shower. During your stay there is free Wi-Fi available. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. An all-round feel-good apartment for two persons - we look forward to seeing you. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs as well as, until 31. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
