Modern comfortable bungalow in the first row behind the dike. Beach, swimming pool, harbor and park are just 5 minutes away. The garden is completely fenced and has a covered terrace with garden furniture. 3 bedrooms. Dog allowed.

200-017a:
Everything at ground level. Open living and dining room with comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, dining area with seating. From here you have direct access to the covered terrace and the fully fenced yard.   Separate kitchen with fitted kitchen with 4 ring ceramic hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and all necessary electrical appliances.   Modern bathroom with shower and toilet.  A bedroom with double bed. A bedroom or children's room with a double bed with a continuous mattress. A walk-through room with bunk beds.  If you do not want to bring your own bed linen and towels, you can rent them from us.

Schöne Wohnung mit Garten in guter Lage

Die FeWo ist sauber sowie solide mit allen notwendigen Dingen eingerichtet. Die Matratzen waren gut! Der Garten ist voll umzäumt und ideal für Hunde. Gefehlt hat eine ausreichende Heizmöglichkeit im Durchgangs- und Kinderzimmer (keine Heizkörper). Bei 8 Grad Aussen-Tagestemperatur und den undichten Terrassentüren, durch die der Wind zischte, war daher das Kinderzimmer nicht zu nutzen... Der nach 3 Tagen (über die Osterfeiertage war der Vermietungsservice nicht erreichbar!!) bereitgestellte Heizlüfter war zu schwach und brachte extrem unangenehme Luft, insoweit keine akzeptable Abhilfe...schade! Klares Defizit!
