1. Quiet hours observed 10PM to 7AM Sunday-Thursday; 11PM-7AM Friday & Saturday
2. No packages or mail sent here
3. Please No Smoking (including Vape devices) inside the building (up to $250 Cleaning & Deodorizing Fee if smoke is detected in unit). Smoking is allowed on the porch, please discard in provided receptacles.
4. Use of narcotics is not permitted.
5. Host bears no responsibilities for any accident, injuries or illness that you may sustain during your stay.
6. Please be kind to our Earth by turning off lights and closing all windows, sliding doors and blinds
7. No Social Gatherings, Parties or Events.
8. No open flames unless in approved devices includes Fireworks & candles in the house
9. Groups of 4 or more you must inquire first prior to Instant Booking
10. Local area guests must send a request prior to booking stating nature of visit.
11. Check-out is 10AM unless stated otherwise. A Mandatory $50 fee for unauthorized "Overstay". If "Overstay" exceeds two hours past checkout, guest is responsible for the Daily Base Rate (without discounts) & does not award you possession of the property for the day of "Overstay". If guest wants to extend their stay (based upon availability), a new official booking will need to be made. If "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, guest is responsible for the full cost of reimbursement.
12. Please report any stains immediately, we have a carpet cleaner (failure to may result in up to $250 fee Commercial cleaning).
13. We reserve the right to request a separate security deposit in the amount of $350 in lieu of any damages or incidentals.
14. Pet allowed on a by breed basis with prior Host approval. Two pet max with a $350 Pet deposit & $50/pet fee.
