Make sure you document a walkthrough upon arrival

So to start off my stay at this place, the back door didnt lock properly so anybody could come in at any time making it feel unsafe there. The place was dirty like kids wrote on the walls. Someone spit a huge snottball with blood on it in one of the closets. None of the towel racks were complete. One of the closet doors was coming off the track. There was either ketchup or blood on the ceiling of kitchen. There was broken blinds from the backdoor hiding behind the refrigerator. Ive been trying to get a hold of the host with absolutely no response. Ive contacted vrbo and they say they cant give any kind of refund without a response from the host and that feels like a dead end. Dnt stay here.
