Nestled in the heart of nature, just above the village of Rians and completely secluded, this traditional Provençal house (240m2) invites you to enjoy a timeless escape. With its spectacular view of Mont Sainte-Victoire, terraced gardens, private swimming pool (10x5m), and p étanque court, it perfectly embodies the Southern French art of living.
Fully equipped for family holidays or getaways with friends (officially rated 5-star), the house offers 4 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, with all the necessary comforts (air conditioning in most of the property). Three bathrooms, a large terrace surrounding the house, a plancha grill for summer meals, high-speed Wi-Fi, poolside chairs and games—everything has been designed with your comfort in mind.
Less than an hour away, you can explore Lake Sainte-Croix, the markets of Aix-en-Provence, or the charming villages of Provence (Lourmarin, Ansouis, Bonnieux, etc.). Wine lovers will enjoy visiting the renowned estates of Vignelaure, Pigoudet, and Revelette, all nearby. Hiking, relaxation, discovery… let yourself be carried away by the gentle rhythm of Provence.

Wir waren leider vom ersten Eindruck her etwas enttäuscht vom Haus. Von den Fotos hatten wir den Eindruck, dass das Haus hochwertiger ist. Daher hat für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt. Wir haben schon andere Ferienhäuser in der Region gehabt und da war die Qualität bei geringerem Preis viel besser (1800 statt 2800 Euro für 8 Nächte in der Nebensaison fänden wir eher angemessen). Minuspunkte:- Der Garten war nicht wirklich gepflegt und hatte nichts mit den Fotos der Annonce zu tun. Der Concierge hat auf Nachfrage einen kleinen Teil der Wiese gemäht.- Die Fenster im Wohnzimmer waren von innen und aussen sehr verschmiert, dass wir eines sogar selbst am ersten Tag geputzt haben, damit wir die Aussicht geniessen konnten.- Der Beginn der Zufahrt von der Strasse ist mit einem normalen Auto schwierig - wir haben mehrmals unten aufgesetzt und gekratzt.Pluspunkte: sehr guter und netter Kontakt mit dem Besitzer in Amerika Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sauber (bis auf einen Spiegelschrank, der komplett verspritzt war). moderne und gut ausgestattete Küche ruhige Lage grosser Pool, den wir aber im Oktober nicht mehr genutzt haben unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe

La maison est conçue pour accueillir de grands groupes (10 personnes), ce qui explique le tarif appliqué ; pour un plus petit groupe, un logement plus adapté aurait sans doute mieux convenu.

Superbe maison avec une vue magnifique
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances ici avec 7 personnes. Maison high-tech avec tout le confort possible. Propriétaires très serviables et disponibles, et couple d’entretien adorable et toujours prêt à aider. Nous recommandons cet endroit à tout le monde !
