Fins Up Ole Miss Location is amazing - half mile to ole miss and 1.6 to the square. 3bd/2 bath condo. Easy walk for football, baseball, basketball, etc. Plenty of free parking in front of building, gated community with great amenities. 3 beds plus a large bean bag that opens to queen mattress for floor. Fully stocked kitchen with keurig, air fryer, full size range/oven, full size fridge and dishwasher. Washer and dryer in unit. Also close to Sardis Lake where crappie fishing is heavenly.

So convenient!
Stayed here for a family reunion visit to Oxford. Place was very convenient to hwy 6 and univ and square. It was good size and quiet and comfortable. Kitchen nicely equipped. Enjoyed the pool and fitness center! Owner very responsive. Great spot!
