The John-Marie House is located in a historic residential, family oriented neighborhood and is within walking distance to the Oxford Square. (This property shares a rear parking court with its 2 bedroom sister property, The Josephine House, VRBO #1859778). It is a fully restored, vintage, 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage (3 king beds). The single story home features a large front porch and 1800 square feet of interior living space with hardwood floors through out.

The open concept living area of the John-Marie House features comfy seating, a 50 inch smart tv, original art, quartz counters, stainless appliances and shiplap feature walls.The kitchen is equipped with toaster, Keurig, standard coffee maker, large selection of pots and pans, dinnerware and eating utensils.

Each bedroom includes a king size bed, white bedding, a flat screen tv and sound machine and plenty of closet space. Master bedroom has an en suite with marble counters, double sinks, and shower. The large hall bath includes marble counter, double sinks and tub/shower combo. Guests are provided with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hairdryer.

The cozy writer's room offers a private designated work space for the business traveler. Wireless internet is provided.

The laundry room includes a vintage sink and a full size washer /dryer and iron/ironing board.

The John-Marie House has off street, monitored parking with 3 John Marie House parking spaces that are marked with John Marie House signage. The rear Josephine Guest House also has designated parking spaces in the shared parking court. Please see photo for property layout.

The John-Marie is perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the John-Marie house! Peaceful, beautiful, fabulous! Everything you need is at your finger tips. The accommodations could not have been more perfect. As soon as you pull onto the driveway, you are greeted with this gorgeous landscaping and an incredibly amazing front porch! Once you enter the home, you smile and say, “This is absolutely stunning! We made the right choice!”

Freshman move in!

Great home base for everything we needed to do around Oxford to get our daughter moved on to campus. The house is exactly as represented online. Very clean and charming, great location, responsive hosts and well equipped. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.
