This brand new beach house is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom unit. It sleeps 4 in comfortable beds, 1 in a bunk bed and 1 in a sofa bed located in the living area. It also features a private pool . The unit is located 4 blocks off of the beach in Central Jaco. You will be walking distance everywhere and just a 7 minute walk to grocery stores, night life, and restaurants. The house is located in LAPA LIVING which is a brand new gated community with 24 hour security and two brand new pools.

Playa Jaco

The house is comfortable and clean and well stocked. The location is central so good for day trips. The gated community gave us a sense of security. The pool is really great for families.

Lapa living

The property was great with friendly but thorough guards at the front gate. The house and community were great for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend!
